🧘‍ Join Nipa for a 60 minute Thai Yoga workshop, or “Ruesri Dat Ton”; a centuries-old practice that combines combines gentle, specific yoga poses with breathing exercises to regulate the endocrine system, improve sleep, and reduce stress. Originating from the heart of Thailand, this practice target glands like the thyroid, adrenals and the sciatic nerve.

🙏 In this workshop you will learn self-stretching and breathing exercises to enhance your energy flow.

💚 This is a great session to calm the nervous system and regulate hormone secretion.
