Opening the Portal of ( Breath ) with Yasemin

a 75-minute conscious connected breathwork class, guided by music and held in the intimacy of your own space. we work with a double inhale and a soft sigh out, a rhythm that activates the body’s innate intelligence. 40-minutes of active breathing flow into deep rest and integration. online means: fewer distractions, no one breathing beside you, just the depth of being fully with yourself.

Contraindications:

Not recommended during early stages of pregnancy, or for individuals with epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, severe mental health diagnoses (tendency to panic), or recent surgeries. If unsure, please consult with us beforehand hello@theportal.space.

How to prepare:

Physical Set Up:

Lie flat on a firm surface
No pillow under the head, this helps keep your airways open
Blanket nearby, body temperature may drop during the practice
Optional: eye mask, essential oils, tissues, water bottle, warm tea
Minimise Distractions:

Put your phone on Airplane Mode or Do not Disturb
Let others in your home know you need uninterrupted time
Use headphones if you like, they can help you go deeper
Working with the breath online offers the gift of being fully in your own space, you can move, cry, shake, or stay still without worrying. Many people drop deeper into the process when they don't feel observed. It's also beautiful to be in a shared field with others, even across distance.
