This class offers a blend of strong and steady flows and deep and long stretches.We will slow down movements and transitions to deepen your physical strength, introduce newfound mental clarity, and establish a deeper connection between your mind and body.All levels are welcome, some experience is recommended, yet we will give you variations. Please bring your own mat if possible.
