Herzliche Einladung zur Contact Impro!

Komm gerne dazu, wenn du Lust auf Tanz, Bewegung und achtsame Begegnung hast.

📍 Blauer Salon, Sudhaus Tübingen 18:15–20:30 Uhr (Ca. 15 Minuten vorher kommen beim ersten Mal) Beitrag: 15–20 €

Ablauf: • Ca. 1 Stunde Input und Übungen zu Körperwahrnehmung, Tanzimprovisation und Contact Improvisation • Anschließend Jam – freies Tanzen und Forschen. 🎶 Instrumente willkommen, um musikalisch zu begleiten. • Du brauchst keine Vorkenntnisse! Es ist auch möglich um 19:15 Uhr zur Jam dazuzukommen.
